For thirty years, we cleaned. Offices, buildings, other people's spaces. The kind of job where nobody notices the work, only when it isn't done.

We met at work, side by side. Long shifts, early mornings, and a friendship that grew somewhere between the buckets and the laughter.

What nobody knew is that we both carried the same quiet dream. We loved clothes. Not for the labels, but for how a beautiful piece can change the way a woman stands when she walks into a room. We said it the way you say something you're not sure you're allowed to say out loud: someday.

Then we travelled to Banff together, and we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. The mountains, the air, the feeling that anything is possible. Standing there, we knew that if we ever built something of our own, it would carry this place with it.

So we did.

Ten years ago, we started Olivia & Charlotte Banff, with no fashion degrees, no big investors, and one promise: every piece chosen carefully, with a real woman in mind. Something comfortable, beautiful, and easy to live in. For women who work hard, give a lot, and rarely buy something just for themselves.

Because we knew that woman. We were that woman.

Now, at sixty-three and sixty-four, it's time to retire.

Not because something went wrong. Because something went beautifully right, and we're wise enough to know when a story has reached its ending.
